We provide transparent pricing on coursed and bundles. Please review the details before buying our course(s) or bundle(s). All payment and related transaction details are provided to business owners on their dashboard.

An active course or bundle cannot be cancelled. 

A Service Request can be cancelled if the processing hasn’t started by academy.dmdimaging.com.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

It will be our earnest effort to serve our customers with world-class quality at competitive pricing, however, in the rare event that the customer is dissatisfied for a valid reason, we will provide a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the same medium through which the customer has paid Academy.dmdimaging.com. 

 

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.
